Diego Caiola: Born in Argentina and raised in Miami Beach, Diego Caiola has over 25 years experience in the Marketing, Advertising, Events and Project Development industry. Diego Caiola started his career at the tender age of 23 as the Creative Director for a well-established advertising firm in Coral Gables. At the age of 34 became the Business/Project Development Director for Cross Minded Group. Since joining CMG, Diego has worked with over 300 local and national brands and businesses and has been Brand Director and Project Director to over 800 events.

Humberto Cuesta: Born and raised in Ecuador, Humberto came to the USA in his early 20's. An expert in Customer Communications and Sales Training, Humberto is has grown from a Sales Assistance in 2015 to our Director of Sales. Humberto's experience range from working with American Express sales team to being Director of Sales for some of the biggest events and festivals in south Florida.
